The SMU LIT Hackathon is an annual 3D2N hackathon organised by Singapore Management University's (SMU) Legal Innovation and Technology Club (LIT).

During this event, our law firm partners provide a set of Problem Statements, which cover diverse topics such as automating research, legal analytics and access to justice. Participant teams will choose a single Problem Statement from those provided and build a prototype solution. Participants will also get the opportunity to interact with industry leaders, academics and other legaltech stakeholders to get further inspiration and advice for their submissions.

We will be awarding over $10,000 worth of cash prizes, for multiple prize categories apart from just the top 3! All competition participants and facilitators will also receive SMU LIT merchandise and event t-shirts! Registration is FREE!
